Prior to being a "Full Time REO Realtor" I was a Senior Property Manager for an Investment Corporation for several years. The Investors I worked for bought nothing but foreclosure properties.

 

My position was to turn the properties for profit while managing everything that went along with it, such as projected NOI balance sheets, rent collections, tenant/landlord relations, evictions, set- outs and the like.

 

 

After being in this business for 18 years now, I couldn't think of doing anything else. Now, I'm able to incorporate my management skills with selling REO Properties.
